Primary Responsibilities
- Develop a sales strategy, initiating contact and consulting regularly with new and existing clients.
- Understanding client’s strategic business objectives, assess their information, and propose solutions in relation to those objectives.
- Develop proposals and recommendations at the appropriate level of the clients' organization.
- Responsible for cultivating territory development, direct sales, and achievement of assigned sales quota.
Experience
- Preferred candidates have experience in Document Imaging, Document Management, Business Automation, or Facilities Management
- 3-7 years of outside B2B sales experience
- Excellent prospecting, presentation and selling skills with the ability to achieve quota
- BS in Business Administration or equivalent and relevant experience
Location
- Ideal candidates live in their territory and are familiar with the local business climate.
- Preferable locations include Atlanta, GA, Houston, TX, and New York, NY.
- Up to 35% travel required.
Systems Support Engineer – Level II
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced individual to be part of our Systems Support Engineering team. In this position you will be responsible for the technical support provided to internal associates and external clients. Primary Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients, operations, development, and corporate personnel
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of technical support team
- Perform backup and restore procedures for systems
- Provide hardware and software maintenance on servers and desktops
- Support on-site and branch locations
- Successfully analyze software, device, and/or network configuration problems and defects in a timely manner
- Participate in configuration management of development and quality assurance environments
- Participate in launch of new software and hardware for internal and external clients
- Keep detailed records of events, issues and resolutions in our case tracking system
- Take responsibility for knowing when and how to escalate issues to next levels of support
- Willing to ask questions and seek assistance when an issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner
- Provide a superior client experience, driving overall positive satisfaction
- Communicate well and work effectively with the team
Required Technical Qualifications
- Microsoft Windows 2000/2003/2008 Server
- Active Directory / User Account / Group Policy administration
- Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 general administration
- Microsoft IIS 5/6/7 administration
- Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007 administration
- Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.1 administration
- Citrix Server administration
- Basic firewall and wide area networking design and administration knowledge
- Desktop support for WinXP, Vista, Win7
- Must be proficient in supporting Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 in a networked, domain environment
Other Requirements
- Must have high-degree of professionalism, communication skills, team interaction and work ethic
- Must be proficient in supporting network attached printers, scanners and fax machines
- Must have a solid understanding of TCP/IP and general subnetting and routing concepts
- Must have solid, hands-on experience with CAT5 cabling and experience punching down new network jacks
- Must have experience installing and configuring Windows servers ( 2003 / 2008 )
- Experience managing phone systems is a plus
- Must be responsive to after-hours support calls
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education and Certifications
- An MCSE or Cisco designation is a plus. Other certifications, such as CDIA+, and/or experience with IBM and Dell server equipment, would be considered valuable.

Senior Microsoft SQL DBA
The Microsoft SQL DBA will be responsible for all aspects of all database systems throughout the company. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the documented development, implementation and continuous improvement of data backup strategies, replication, business continuity and fault tolerance, scalability and performance, security and access control, and a defined, methodical approach to performance analysis and system tuning. The Microsoft SQL DBA will be responsible for the development and maintenance of all triggers, stored procedures and database table schemas.
Required Qualifications
- Must have an expert level skill set in Microsoft SQL performance analysis. Must be able to pinpoint performance bottlenecks within a real time production environment and develop plans for resolution.
- Must have in-depth, senior level experience managing and supporting a Microsoft SQL database environment within a real time production environment, preferably within a SaaS web application environment.
- Must have 7 to 10 years experience as a DBA with at least 5 years at a senior level.
- Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment that is constantly changing and evolving. This position may not be well suited for someone who prefers an established or fairly static environment.
- Must be able to collaborate in a team environment but also work independently once goals and objectives are defined. The ideal candidate will have an approach to collaboration that seeks excellence in work and unity with team members.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate a life-long commitment to personal development and continuous education.
